Your Invisible Power by Jane Fuller

“Visualisation works most powerfully when you realize that it is already a reality on the unseen level. It’s already there.” – Eckhart Tolle

In life and work, success begins with a goal.

Visualisation brings order to your mind and is actually based on neuroscience principles.

What we visualise tends to come into being by building a neural pathway to your brain that reinforces the image or movie you have created and the outcome you want to achieve.

So we have the ability to choose our future because visualisation of the future gives us control of the present and control of the present gives us our sense of self and purpose.

How empowering is that?

Everyone visualises whether they know it or not.

Visualisation is using your imagination to see, feel, even taste, or describe something you would like to create as if it’s actually happening right now.

The key to effective visualisation is feeling with all your senses what it would be like if you have what you want now, because the Universe responds more quickly to the feelings you send out.

The image of what you want must be strong enough to pull you into action.

So use this power to create what you want without doubt or anxiety.

Taking time to picture what you want in your mind and seeing yourself already having or experiencing it is extremely powerful.

So make it real and detailed and visualise your goal at least once a day, each and every day – there is power in repetition. I believe 17 seconds of focused happy visualisation is stronger than 2000 hours of working to obtain a goal!

Also, the mind responds to movement – so see yourself doing things, moving about the house you want, driving that car, travelling to that job… then the natural flow of the universal energy will be drawn to the attractive force of your desires.

Resistance to change and new experiences stops the manifesting of our desires in their tracks. So release the resistance by practicing meditation which will help relax our hold on certain thoughts. Remember, whatever we hold in our mind on a consistant basis is exactly what we will experience in our lives – so make sure you’re consciously creating what you want!

Also, expressing gratitude in advance of receiving what you desire draws it to you.

Affirmations said in your mind or aloud will also give your visualisation goals an additional charge of positive energy and you can use them in your daily meditation practice too.

Begin by visualising nature as your source of abundance because nature is so abundant – and write out a brief visualisation of what you want to create. To achieve the best, you must believe you are the best, envision it, play the visualisation part and enjoy it!

I believe visualisation is a great way to re-engineer personal success and aspire to a better future because we can enhance our sense of effectiveness through imagery.

We can then reach our goals and also experience a greater sense of well-being, optimism and happiness. Enjoy!

Namaste.
