My Boyfriend is Embarrassed of Me! By Rachel Russo

Question: I always have this feeling that my boyfriend is embarrassed of me. I know that he really does love me very much, but then why do I feel this way? Should I say something to him?

Answer: Awww. It doesn’t feel good to have the one you love be embarrassed of you. Ideally, he’d show his pride to be with you, but people and relationships are complicated.

You should talk to your boyfriend about this for sure. Be honest about how you feel, and see what he says. Listen to him in an open and non-judgmental way.

If you can have a genuine conversation about this, it will bring you closer as a couple, and your boyfriend may change his behavior. Good luck!
