Marcy Honnold Morrison of Careers With Wings interviews Drako Alva about his Passion + Purpose = World Change formula.

Marcy and Drako serve on the CAYS – Community Alliance for Youth Success Steering Group and as a high school senior in Oceanside/San Diego, 17 year old Drako is making a difference in his community and in other people’s lives. Drako is passionate about helping others and his purpose is to uplift the Latino community and empower young Latinos to use their voices in order to create better opportunities for themselves.
