Your attention is the most powerful and expensive energy in the universe. That’s because your attention is life giving.
Imagine for one moment a “Large White Ball.” This large white ball gives energy and life to things. This ball is your life force and wherever you place it, energy flows.

This ball is your electromagnetic awareness and throughout your day, you place it here and you place it there. Your goal during this lifetime is to learn how to place your ball of awareness on the things you want to “create” or experience more of.
You are a creator.
When you place your “Large White Ball” on a person, place, thing, or event, you are sending it an electromagnetic wave and helping it to grow and even heal. This is how remote healing works and why thoughts and prayers work.
“Where your thoughts go, energy flows.” and once you come to the realization that statements such as this are not just comforting platitudes to keep our thoughts positive, you will surely begin to notice how Powerful you truly are.
“The highest possible stage in moral culture is when we recognize that we ought to control our thoughts.” –Charles Darwin, English naturalist and geologist.
Thinking on purpose is a Superpower and Manifesting your Reality is not just possible, it is your birthright.
YOUR LIFE IS A BLANK CANVAS JUST WAITING FOR YOU TO IMPRINT WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE ONTO IT AND YOUR THOUGHTS AND IMAGINATION ARE THE PAINT.
“This world is but a canvas to our imagination.” – Henry David Thoreau, American author, poet, philosopher, abolitionist, naturalist, tax resister, development critic, surveyor, and historian.
Having the ability to place a thought, which in turn creates or changes one’s reality is possible. Some of the most successful people today are realizing their abilities and that we do have free will when it comes to how we want to feel, what we want to focus on, what we want to experience, and in which direction we want our lives to go.
“We are what our thoughts have made us; so take care about what you think. Words are secondary. Thoughts live; they travel far.” – Swami Vivekananda, Indian Hindu monk and chief disciple of the 19th-century saint Ramakrishna.
CONSIDER TRYING THIS EXPERIMENT:
Purposely place a thought in your mind and repeat it for as long as you choose. The longer you choose, the more you will see and experience.
For example, you can think to yourself, “I am thankful for everything that is the color red.” Once you focus on this thought, you will begin to see more red cars, red books, red signs, red logos, red hair, red flowers. You will notice that your couch cushion has a touch of red in it that you didn’t even realize was there. You will notice things that were always there, but your focus was never on finding them.
It’s vital, however, for you to realize that you can also think to yourself, “I hate the color red!” and you will see red everywhere as well, you will just become more disgusted and perhaps angry as the day goes by.
That is why developing a positive mindset comes in pretty handy. It is always best to focus and think about things YOU WANT TO SEE instead of what you do not want to see because either way, you will see and experience it on your canvas.
But this is not where the process ends.
This is actually where the fun part begins because when we begin to focus on the things we want to see, not only will we see things that already exist, such as things that are red, but by interacting with these things that we didn’t previously notice and acknowledge, different positive experiences and opportunities will begin to UNFOLD that otherwise would not have.
This is how we change our reality. This is how we can change our lives.
Focus your thoughts on what you want to see, hear, and experience so that you have a greater chance of unfolding more.
Action Items:
- When you wake up each morning, purposely place the thought, “Everyday I am more and more in control of my thoughts and how I want to feel.”
- Remind yourself that you are going to search for the good and the things that you want to see.
- Begin to purposely place other thoughts in your mind and see what happens. Look for kind people. Look for generous people. Look for people who smile. Look for the best qualities in people. Look for opportunities and people who want to help you. Make a list of all your favorite things and by focusing on them, you may just find more.
- As often as possible, place thoughts of everything that you are grateful for. Your mother or father, a grandparent, your friends, your house, your food, your pillow, a blanket, your bed, your couch, your phone, your computer, your favorite pen. Look around and be thankful for what you see. If you are reading this, it means you have access to an electronic device or a group of educators who care, which means you are already better off than so many.
- Never waste time worrying about or imagining worst case scenarios. Instead, imagine best case scenarios or consider thinking about some goals for how you want your future to look. Imagination and visualization are what pave the routes to your dreams. The more you visualize the future you want, the clearer the route will become. Move forward given the firm foundation that you now stand on, taking your past lessons along with you.
- Begin noticing what you are thinking about when you experience a negative mood. Is there anything you can do to change it? If so, do it. If not, focus on something else that makes you happier. Don’t waste your mind on matters you cannot alter. It will be futile and only drain your chi. Don’t cause your own negative emotions by purposely thinking about things you can’t control. Take back your power. You are the master of your own reality.
- Think of a “Go-To” Thought, Word or Image that makes you happy. Create another that makes you feel Love, Peace or Joy. Anchor them! Pull them out whenever you choose. Practice Generating your own emotions. Remember, we are energy.
- Begin to break up mental battles (those imaginary arguments you have with people) and replace them with imaginary best case scenarios.
- Focus your thoughts on what you want to see, hear, and experience so you have a greater chance of unfolding more.
