Have you ever noticed that some days it seems like everything is going your way? It feels like everybody likes you, everybody laughs at your jokes and people want to be around you. Have you also experienced days when it feels like everything is going wrong? People seem to be mad at you, they ignore you, and they definitely aren’t laughing at your jokes. You might be wondering how there can be such a difference in the way people respond to you from one day to another.
In this article I am going to explain why that happens. I am also going to share a few things to remember when you feel out of sync. Are you ready to get started?
First let me explain why some days are better than others. The reason is that everything and everyone in this world emits an energy. Most of these energies are invisible to the naked eye. But even though they can’t be seen, they can have a powerful impact on the things they come into contact with.
Not only does everything emit an energy, but usually the strength of the energy varies at different times and in different situations. Let me give you an example of this in nature.
Are you familiar with high tides and low tides of the ocean? You see, there are certain times of the day when the water level will be at its highest point on the shoreline. That is called high tide. At other times during the day, the water will be at its lowest point. That is called low tide. The difference between high tide and low tide can be several feet.
You might be wondering how there can be such a dramatic difference in the level of the water, it’s not like the amount of water in the ocean has changed.
The answer is the varying tide levels are caused by the moon. The moon has a gravitational force that impacts the water on the earth. When the moon is closest to the earth, the moon’s gravitational force is the strongest. It pulls the water to it and the result is a high tide. When the moon is farthest away from the earth, the moon’s gravitational pull is at its weakest and the result will be a low tide.
You can think of yourself as a moon with a gravitational pull. And just like the moon, your pull or personal magnetism will affect the way people respond and react to you. It can influence people’s behavior towards you. Sometimes you can draw people closer to you and other times your energy might push people away from you.
Since your energy type and strength will vary from time to time, your experiences from one day to the next might be different. Have you ever noticed that some days you just feel “off” and other days you feel like you are unstoppable? This is an example of your personal energies varying.
Not only do your personal energies vary at different times, so does everyone else’s. Once you realize that everybody is experiencing different cycles of their own, it’s easy to understand why some days you get along with people better than other days.
Now that you know this, you can see that there are naturally going to be days when you don’t get along with everyone. When that happens, there is no need to take things so personal. Everyone is having a different experience and most times their negative attitude has nothing to do with you.
The good news is there is no need to start wondering what you did wrong or what you need to change in order to set things back on track again. Just like the amount of water in the ocean hasn’t changed, you are still the same person. Don’t worry about what you need to do to make things better, just give it some time and soon you and the people around you will be back in harmony again.
So now that you know the hidden power of your personal energies, here are three things to remember when you or the people around you are not in harmony.
- The first thing is to understand that everyone has bad days. It is natural and it happens to everyone. Don’t feel like it is just happening to you, because it is not.
- Know that bad days and “low tides” are temporary. It might last a few hours or a few days, but have a little patience and don’t worry, soon your life will be back to running smoothly again.
- Don’t take it personally if people don’t treat you as good as they normally do. It is possible they are just having a bad day and it has nothing to do with you. Give them some space and let them recharge to their normal self.
