How Can We Achieve Our Goal? By Dr. Mahmoud Rashidi

The answer: “By thinking about it all the time.”

We become what we are thinking about most of the time. Our life is controlled by our thoughts. Our thoughts are controlled by our goals.

Sir Isaac NewtonSir Isaac Newton was asked how he discovered the law of gravity. He responded, “By thinking about it all the time.”

You must keep thinking about your goal until you decide to take action. You need to think about your goal with enough intensity to do something about it. By just thinking you can’t reach your goal. There are many steps to get to your goal, but it starts with the thought about your goal in your brain.

When you think about what you want, you activate the related neuronal network in your brain. If you think most of the time about something that you love, your brain produces ideas and finds the ways to get what you want. If your thoughts are combined with enough emotion, your brain makes you take the necessary action and have enough determination and commitment. Remember, the goal must be your goal and you must really love it, not because of somebody else or for secondary gain like money.

In other words, as Napoleon Hill said, “It should not be only a wish, but a burning desire.” A burning desire means that you think about it all the time and you can’t live without it. This desire takes over your mind and brain and you will go in that direction and for sure you will achieve your goal. Because this is the law of cause and effect, this law not only exists in the physical world, but also in the mental world. Your thoughts will manifest in your life.

Spend as much as time you can thinking about your goal. Your brain will take care of the rest. You will find whatever you need to get wherever you want to be.

As Tony Robbins Said, repeat to yourself; “All I need is within me now.”
