Empowering Ourselves by Jane Fuller

‘No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.’ – Eleanor Roosevelt

We can often forget that the most intimate and closest relationship we will ever have is with our own self.

So talk to yourself like you would to someone you love.

Loving ourselves works miracles in our lives.

Empower yourself.

Believe in yourself.

Visualise and affirm good things for yourself.

Do not give your power away.

You were born rich with great untapped resources of talent and ability.

The more deeply we love and accept ourselves, the deeper we can love and accept others.

Remember we see the world as we are not as it is.

Never let the opinions of others consume you.

When you blame others for your problems – it just weakens you by giving your power away.

‘You are the most influential person you will talk to all day,’ – Zig Ziglar

See problems as opportunities and celebrate them.

Self-empowerment is focusing on the solution not the problem.

Believe in your ability to figure things out.

We know that when we love and accept ourselves more, life becomes less difficult and more spacious, whatever our circumstances.

Forgive yourself.

Forgiving and accepting yourself frees you to experience greater peace and ease and breaks that resistance to loving yourself more.

I think we all feel the polarity of the world right now…

The 21st century is all about the conceptual age and requires new skills of intuition, empathy, dream interpretation, visualisation and creativity which are just some of the tools we require to be successful. More right brain than the left brain skills that have dominated the last few centuries (Read my blog Meaning is the New Money). So harness your mind for maximum potential.

Stand up for what you believe in – even if it means standing alone.

Tell your story. Don’t be silent and become an unstoppable force for good.

The world and our communities need healing right now – so spread your wisdom, enlightenment and consolation…

‘When you forget yourself and your fear, when you get beyond self-consciousness because your mind is thinking about what you are trying to communicate, you become a better communicator.’ – Peggy Noonan – speechwriter for Ronald Regan

Life is like photography. We develop from the negatives.

What you allow is what will continue – so put some boundaries in place.

The universe really does shake you to awaken you.

‘When you are fully clothed in self-love you are always in fashion.’ – Sharon Rainey

Instead of looking at the past, put yourself ahead by one year and try to look at what you need to do now in order to get there then… your subconscious mind is your partner to success. Stay focused, detox from ANYTHING negative, concentrate on the goal not the how, be grateful about EVERYTHING, act as though you already are and already have everything you want…

Believe in yourself and the world is yours!

And so it is.

Namaste.

‘Get the inside right and the outside will fall into place.’ – Eckhart Tolle
