Be on your own team!
Believe in yourself, and the rest will fall into place. Have faith in your own abilities, work hard, and there is nothing you cannot accomplish. -Brad Henry
This weeks episode is with the Spiritual Gangster himself, Ian Lopatin!
Ian is crazy successful and an awesome dude. He started a yoga studio that would play hip hop music during classes and it blew up and he sold his gyms and started his next adventure: Spiritual Ganger.
Spiritual Gangster is a movement disguised as a clothing brand. They have incredible gear. I wear it all the time and people always stop me and ask about it wherever I go. If you follow me on social media you’ve definitely seen the brand before.
Ian is a big believer in positive vibes, good energy, and the law of attraction. He’s been able to manifest some incredible things into his life, one being LeBron James! (I’ll let you hear the story from him though.) He also is a fan of meditation and showed me some different techniques that can help you focus, find clarity and live a more fulfilled existence.
I loved picking Ian’s brain and I know you will gain a ton of knowledge from the mind and life of this top CEO!
Enjoy this one friends!
In the full episode, you will learn:
- the power of your mindset
- how meditation can change your life
- manifesting your dream life
- to self-talk like a pro
